SHAHAB KAMRAD, VICE PRESIDENT, DEPUTY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Mr. Kamrad has over 17 years experience in the construction industry, 13 of which have been spent with Tompkins Builders. As a Vice President and Deputy Operations Manager, he is the Company representative with primary financial responsibility for the project(s) assigned to him. He has broad authority to commit the Company on matters of cost and schedule. He serves as the Company’s point of contact with the customer/owner of the project(s), as well as general public in matters related to the project(s). He participates in selection of the project staff, and has primary responsibility for their performance in building the project within cost and schedule parameters. Mr. Kamrad has a continuous track record of completing projects ahead of schedule, within budget while obtaining the highest level of quality.
