MARTIN A. KERNS, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Mr. Kerns has more than 25 years experience in the human resources and financial management aspects of the construction industry, with eight years at Tompkins Builders. He manages all human resource operations including recruitment, retention, training, benefits, and payroll.  Mr. Kerns is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society of Association Executives.
