Mr. Tolbert has more than 20 years experience in the marketing and management industry. His role as Vice President of Business Development is to foster relationships with new and existing clients in an effort to secure new business via strategic alliances and business partnerships. Mr. Tolbert assists in the future growth of the Company by finding new opportunities, identifying emerging construction trends and managing existing accounts to assure total customer care.
