TOMPKINS BUILDERS AWARDED 2006 EXCELLENCE IN
CONSTRUCTION AWARD FOR STATION PLACE II

Tompkins Builders, Inc is pleased to announce that Station Place
Building II has received the Associated Builders and Contractors of
Metropolitan Washington Excellence in Construction Award for
Commercial Projects ($40 million and over). Completed by Tompkins
Builders in August 2005, the building was honored yesterday during
the 25th Annual Excellence in Construction Award banquet. Accepting
the Award on behalf of Tompkins was Construction Executive Sabato
“Bud” Tripaldi, who thanked all those involved in the project for
their effort and dedication.
Station Place Building II is 10-story, 530,000-SF building that
is a new construction addition to Station Place Building I. The
structural concrete building features glass curtainwall and three
levels of below grade parking. A lower level immediately below grade
houses employee support services.
