Bethesda View Named Recipient of a 2007 WBC Craftsmanship Award

Tompkins Builders is pleased to announce that Bethesda View
Condominiums (the Adagio) has received a 2007 Washington Building
Congress Craftsmanship Award in the Concrete
Category for Cast-in-Place Concrete. With construction nearly
complete, the building will be honored on Friday March 30th during
the 2007 WBC Craftsmanship Awards Banquet.
Bethesda View Condominiums, also known as the Adagio, is a new
8-story, 314,000-SF luxury condominium building located at Wisconsin
Avenue and Bradley Boulevard in Bethesda, Maryland. The condominium
features 92 residential units, including a few loft-style units with
14-feet ceilings. Miller & Long Company is responsible for the
building’s award-winning cast-inplace concrete building core.
